Run/walk 3 times this week starting today- 3 miles a time
Spend at least 5 days (15 minutes a time) organizing/deep cleaning something not normally cleaned
2/23- ran/walked 3 miles outside this morning= took about 42 minutes
2/24- ran 3 miles outide- about 31 minutes (left knee hurt last mile)
2/25- ran/walked 3 miles outside about 33 minutes (left knee hurt a little but on a couple of downhills at end but much less then yesterday)
2/26 3miles in about 33 mins
2/27 shoveled snow for like 6 hours- joys of having plow business is a good workout
2/28 3 miles on treadmill 30:44 did it in interval form mostly 2 minutes on 8:44 pace and 2 minutes of walking at 4mph pace. Felt decently good during except for like I was going throw up briefly in the middle but when I stopped got stomach.
