recap of 2021 goals and 2022 goals
2021 goals
running be constistant in running at least 3x a week or more through 10/12 months of the year
run at least 500 miles this year fail ran
outside 3 mile time of under 25 minutes -
run 2 races 5k in under 25:30 ran 2 5k and one was in a time of
make 18,000 dollars on farm stand (last year approx 14K) fail made around 11-12k
maintain weight of around 150 fail around 162
intermettiat fasting 4 out of 7 days a week for 14 plus hours fast fail did intermettiat fasting last winter but only once in a while after that
2022 goals
run 1 5k under 25:30
run 400 miles
make 15,000 dollars on farm stand
lose 7 pounds to weigh about 155lbs
drink more water
